Sledding & Sleepovers & Pizza, Oh My!

Hiya, I'm back. I've been through a lot since yesterday, surprisingly, so I'll start, so listing all that I've done. Yesterday, Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, & Dad came home from working out. We had a late breakfast(I ate nothing but bacon. Mmm...I love bacon...). Then, we went to lunch with Whitney & Taylor @ Chick-Fil-A. Mom had to stop @ the T-Mobile store for something, but that was boring, so it's not important. Then, Whitney & Taylor slept over. We watched "Snowy River", watched "Momma's Boy's", did our hair crazy(all except for Taylor), dressed up as nerds, made a video of Whitney, Sydney, & I as nerds, & slept. This morning, we decided to go sledding today. We ate a big breakfast of waffles, juice, & bacon. Mmm..I love bacon...but besides that... We went to Del Taco for lunch. I LOVE Del Taco, but there's no more of them in Texas! The horror! But then, we went sledding, & it was soo much fun! Hunter, Aunt Annette, & Heath came, too, & that was super-fun! The only bad things were: #1. It was very slippery & I fell down multiple times due to my balance problems. #2. Hunter tipped me once or twice, & now, I'm SORE. Grrr... #3. I accidentally got sent off this jump("accidentally"), & I landed it(yes!!! Hunter fell down trying to land it. A lot. It was funny. I laughed.)!!! But, I landed on my butt. HARD. So, apart from Hunter tipping me, I'm also sore from landing the jump. Grrr....so we ha pizza, & now, we're doing absolutely nothing, so I'm gonna stop typing. Later, ski gators!!!

I'm In A Snow-Covered WONDERLAND!!! What More Could I Ask For?

Hola, this is Savy, blogging from all the way in Taylorsville, Utah! It's wonderful here, & as my title says, it's a snow-covered wonderland! It looks like it just popped out of that song,"Winter Wonderland", cause it sure looks like one! Getting here a couple of days ago, the opposite of fun! Our flight was supposed to leave @ about 2:50, but instead, we got on the plane, & our flight was delayed by probably an HOUR! To make matters not so well, I got this massive migrane & a stomachache on the plane(I didn't eat a lot @ lunch, & it had been a long time since I had eaten). :( Our bags took forever to come in, too. But now, we're here, & its no longer the opposite of fun! I got to see my Aunt Carol, my Uncle Jack, & my cousins(in order from oldest)Taylor, Whitney, Jack, & Grant(Jack & Grant are twins, they're 5)on Saturday. Whitney, Sydney, & I played "Spies" against a team of Jake, Jack, & Grant. I got "held hostage" by Jack & Grant. They sat me in a chair & said,"Stay here! Don't move!" It was hilarious! Yesterday, I went to church with my family & my grandparents. For Young Women's & Sunday School, it was the same class that I had during the summer, so they welcomed me back with open arms. It was very nice. My Aunt Annette, my uncle Mike, & my cousins Lacy, Jared, Hunter, & Heath came to Grandma & Grandpa's house for Sunday dinner(Whitney's family couldn't come, Aunt Carol wasn't feeling well. :( I hope she feels better!). The dinner, roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, & rolls was very delicious. After that, Hunter, Heath, Sydney, Jake, Jared, & I watched James Bond in the basement, with movie treats of Reese's Pieces, Sun Chips, Hershey's Kisses, & Coke. After that, Jake & Heath went off somewhere, while Hunter, Sydney, Jared, & I tried to decide what to do. We were going to play Uno or Clue or something like that, but we ended up watching Deal or No Deal. All in all, my time in Utah has been great so far! Well, I'd better go, I think Jake & Sydney might wake up soon(it's 10:40 a.m. TX time, but it's an hour earlier in Utah, so it's 9:40 a.m.). Later, ski gators!

Merry Christmas, Everyone!!!

Hi, guys! It is, as you all know, the day after Christmas!!! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!I got this beautiful necklace with an aquamarine & this teenie-tinie little diamond, & a Twilight watch/Italian charm bracelet. This chica got SPOILED this Christmas!!! I got my own makeup bag! It's red & big & wonderful, cause it holds all my pretty makeup that makes me look beautiful! Also, I got a Twilight shirt that says,"You don't know how long I've waited for you."(yay!), a "Team Edward" shirt(double yay! Syd got a Team Jacob shirt. Noo! She's on the Dark Side!), Harvest Moon for Wii,Crossing: City Folk, MySims Kingdom, & the whole Uglies trilogy. Oh, I get a nutcracker every year, too(they are awesome). I have a king, Clara from the Nutcracker ballet, a Spanish dancer, a tennis player, a maid, a snowbunny skiier, a Japanese guy, & my personal favorite(the one I got yesterday): a hippie guy!!! He's the awesomest of all, my hippie guy. Well, I'm also going to Utah for New Year's tomorrow(we fly out tomorrow). We spent ALL DAY packing!!! The horror! Well, we're leaving for dinner soon, so I'd better go. P.S. My little sister got A CELL PHONE!!! She's so happy, especially with her fave ringtone: the Candy Mountain song from Charlie the Unicorn! She's been playing it nonstop!! The MORE HORROR!! P.P.S. My friend Madi(who also has a blog, called Be Happy. The address is www.madi-behappy.blogspot.com)who I saw on Sunday @ church, is very happy, because she told me & my other friends(we're all a little group)that her dad, who left for 3 months on business to India, came home for Christmas! I'm so happy for her!! Just a little note: I fyou're reading this Madi, then I'm so happy for you that your dad came home!! I hope you had the awesomest Christmas!!! 3 DAYZ TILL CHRISTMAS!!!

OMG, it's 3 days until Christmas!!! I'm so happy, but I can't believe that this Thursday is Christmas. Sydney and Jake are watching "A Spongebob Christmas". Well, I'm gonna go, gotta watch them. Bye! Merry Christmas!

Lalalalala...What? I'm Warming Up My Voice For Caroling!

Hi I'm back & I'm probably going to get in trouble but I'm blogging during school! I'm in the library for Yearbook commitee. It's kinda boring cause the only major assignment I've really gotten is taking pics @ the football game! ....I'm just bored. I WOULD be emailing Lauren, cause she's in Technology for Advisory, but she's "working"(Lauren? Working? Hahahahahaha!). I, too, am "working"...on Study Island. *sneezes* Sorry, I have a cold, but I must still go to school(BOO!). Plus, I have to run the mile in P.E. today(Once again, I HATE GYM!!!). Well, the bell's gonna ring in like 5 minutes(It's 10:55, & Advisory ends @ 11), so...shoot! Ms. Andrews, the librarian, is coming! Gotta go! Later, cheese gators! -Miss Savy C. ;)

LIFE IS CRAZY...But It's Almost Christmas!! YAY!!!

Hola, the wonderful, yet slightly insane(and spacey...jk), happy-go-lucky Savanna(a.k.a. The Super-Awesome Savy C.)is back, after a long, LoNg, LONG, LONG, time. That's actually what I call my special snickerdoodle recipe, "Savy's Super-Awesome Snickerdoodles"(very random...I know...). Well...um...uh...hmm.....my Winter Choir Concert, "The Bells of Christmas", was on Thursday! We(the Non-Varsity girls, or 7th grade girls)rocked the house with "Winter Troika Ride", "Nutcracker Jingles", and "It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas". Well, 1st, the Sopranos, Altos, & Basses sang "Holly Carol" for the opening song, then the guys performed their songs, with their finale, Jingle Bells, "YMCA" version. To make things funnier, they had to dance to it! My friends & I, practically the whole CHOIR, were laughing sooo hard! Then, we sang our 3 songs, & we had to dance to "It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas", so to pay us back, when we were singing "Nutcracker Jingles"(which was Jingle Bells to all the different Nutcracker songs, "March of The Toy Soldiers", "Dance Of The Sugerplum Fairies", "Dance Of The Reed Flutes", & "Waltz Of The Flowers".), they were doing their dance to try to make us laugh on stage! Then, when we were singing & dancing on stage, they tried to mimic our dance moves, & when the Sopranos had to hop(the line: A pair of HOP-a-long boots & a pistol that shoots is the wish of Barney & Ben.), this 1 guy, Ashton, tried to hop while still sitting down, & his chair toppled over! ....We weren't very happy with them for making us laugh. But, we still sounded great! Finally, after the Varsity Girls sang, everybody sang "Carol Of The Bells" for the finale. "Carol Of The Bells" is my favorite Christmas carol, it just sounds so magical. Well, now it's 11 days to Christmas(I missed the Ward Christmas Party!!! Mommy & Daddy were gone somewhere, & I stayed home alone! I'm so mad! Waah!), this next week is my last week before Christmas Break, then 2 days after Christmas, my family & I are going up to Utah until New Year's Day. I'll still post on here though, so I can talk about Utah. Daddy's making dinner because Mom's @ a certification for her personal training job, & she's coming home tonight(she left on Friday), & Sydney & Jake(my brother & sister..i can't remember if I've talked about them on here...)are playing outside. Christmas music is playing on the radio....it's peaceful, quiet, and tranquil. Sigh...my crazy life decided to slow down on this Sunday evening(it's 5:20). But, when I wake up tomorrow morning, my life's gonna restart, & there won't be another peaceful, quiet moment like this for the rest of the week. Believe me, I...shoot. I hear Sydney screaming as she plays outside. Well, there goes my quiet moment. I'm gonna go tell her to be quiet, then I'm gonna play on Club Penguin. Later, cheese gators!
